We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened when applicable, with tags if included, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used personal care items
- Opened or used ritual, spiritual, or handmade products
- Custom, special order, or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale or final sale items
Due to the nature of ritual, spiritual, personal care, and handmade products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or handled.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened when applicable, with tags if included, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to certain items that are exempt from return under applicable law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene, health, or safety reasons.
For EU returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
