Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During high-volume periods, such as holidays, sales, product launches, or market event weekends, processing may take slightly longer.

For orders shipping within the United States, available carrier options may include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier, service selected, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

International Shipping

International shipping options vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

DHL Express Worldwide, UPS, and USPS International services may be available.

Asia
DHL Express Worldwide and UPS may be available for eligible destinations, including Cyprus.

North America, outside the United States
UPS may be available for eligible destinations.

South America
UPS and USPS International services may be available for eligible destinations.

Available USPS International services may include First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International, depending on the destination.

Some DHL Express services may support prepaid duties when available at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For orders outside the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges unless prepaid duties are available and selected at checkout.

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Tracking information is provided when available through the selected carrier.

For international shipments, tracking updates may vary once the package reaches the destination country or is transferred to a local delivery provider.

Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Morrigu Star is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier or local delivery provider first.

We can assist by providing available shipment details, but we cannot replace or refund orders lost due to carrier, customs, postal, or delivery issues beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Morrigu Star is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Packages returned due to address issues may require additional postage to be resent.
